Our cutting-edge High Current Bushings have been designed through customer-focused innovation to perform admirably in Generation station transformer applications in India and around the world. Our bushings, which come in voltage classes ranging from 24 kV to 52 kV and current ratings ranging from 4000 A to 25000 A, are tough enough to withstand demanding applications.
The series has undergone thorough type testing at test facilities with ILAC accreditation and offers a high degree of customizability based on the size and interchangeability requirements of the customer. On request, drawings for particular models are available.

All our standard models are type tested at ILAC/NABL Accredited laboratories as per IEC-60137/IEEE C57.19.00/01. For any fresh type test requests, we request you to approach us on an individual basis and we can work out a techno-commercial solution suited for you.
The Bushings meet the performance criteria of IEC 60137 standard for use in GSU power transformers, station transformers, unit auxiliary transformers, and other transformers.
The Active Part, which is the main part of a bushing for OIP Insulated Bushings, is made by winding insulating kraft paper around a solid conductor. OIP condenser core is available for a lower voltage upon request but is standard starting at 36kV.
In order to maximise the radial and axial electrical field along the bushing, aluminium foils are coaxially placed in the paper during paper winding.
